This box is made up of a variety of our popular steak cuts. Steak cuts will be from the following options:
Chuck, Cube, Delmonico, Denver, Flat Iron, Flank, Ranch, Round, Rump, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Picanha, Rump, and Tri Tip.
Cube steaks will be mechanically tenderized all other steaks will be 3/4” - 1” thick.
